A return shipping label will be included with your order. Use the return shipping label and ship the handpiece back in the same box it came in.

What happens if I am late returning my dental handpiece(s)?
A‑dec will charge for the retail price of the handpiece if it is not returned after your trial period. You will be reminded via email as your handpiece trial concludes.
How do I check the status of my trial package order?
Call Customer Service (1.800.547.1883 ) and have your confirmation number handy. If you misplaced your confirmation number, we can resend your order email.
I have lost my UPS return label to ship the product back to A‑dec. How do I get a new label?
